All wheelchair seating at The Colonial Theatre is located on the main level in the orchestra section. These seats are sold for 1/2 the orchestra ticket price for any given production and one companion may accompany the wheelchair patron for the same price. They will be seated together.
Theatre personnel will be available to assist with positioning the wheelchairs inside the theatre.

Hearing Impaired Services/Infrared Listening System
The Colonial Theatre is equipped with an infrared listening system for the hearing impaired. Headsets for this system are available inside the main lobby free of charge. There is an infrared attendant available at each performance, contact any member of the theatre staff for assistance. These headsets amplify (to the desired level) the sounds coming from the stage.
Note: Seats for hearing impaired patrons for which the infrared system may be inadequate, or for patrons wishing to lip-read the performance are available by contacting the Box Office directly by calling (617) 880-2419.
