The Voice From Oz, as he is known, is famed for his energetic and powerful live performances where he combines singing English and Italian classical songs, contemporary Spanish, pop music and love songs. Inspired by the work and life of Pavarotti, Alfio has penned songs in tribute to the operatic great, as well as Our Dream, a piece dedicated to world peace.
This August he released his first live CD "Live in Concert" and is set to embark on an intimate US tour in support of his album. The Sydney native has been almost universally praised as having one of the greatest voices in contemporary music today. Handsome, charismatic and debonair, he represents a refreshingly cool and modern throwback to the legendary singers of the past century.
