Sam Smith was Perfection
Humble, kind, ENGAGED, and LOVED every minute of being on stage. His band and back-up singers are stellar and Sam Smith's voice was flawless. Enough fun, funk, and theatrics it wasn't all heartbreak and gloom. Would go again in a heartbeat!!!
spectacular
over the top charisma...over the top music...great performance...dazzling production ...the music speaks for itself
Great Show
This show was so polished. From the set to the backup singers, band, light show, and especially Sam's voice. I think it's even better live than on the studio albums. He comes off as a very genuine soul. Several interesting costume changes, dance routines, amazing band and the sound system was so clear. A very well crafted and performed show. A plus
Thank God for Freedom
Dear Sam Smith, bravo on a magnificent concert from beginning to end. Every minute was electrifying, heartbreaking and just exhilarating. It was heartwarming to see you express yourself so freely and be so utterly happy. It is contagious. I hope you stay that way always. Don’t ever change! Kudos on creating a wonderful experience for your fans with the incredible musicians (otherworldly), back up singers (ok, Madonna we saw you) and dancers (fierce). I’ve been to many concerts, but this one moves up to #1.
AN UNFORGETTABLE SAM SMITH SHOW!
All about freedome! this concert takes your breath away all the show. I recommend it 200%
Sam Smith Vancouver Concert Review
Sam Smith and his incredible band and support singers put on a top-notch musical performance that oozed love and appreciation for his fans. The sound quality was excellent and Sam's almost operatic voice is simply amazing. My wife and I have seen 35 concerts at different venues on the West Coast since 2006 ant this concert performance was second only to Coldplay who we saw in Vancouver last year. We look forward to his next visit to Vancouver and a chance to see him again. If you are looking for food and accommodation for shows at either BC Place or Rogers Center consider the Sandman on Georgia.
