Boston Ballet Return with Celebrated Choreographer William Forsythe
Noted dance company Boston Ballet will perform 'Parts in Suite,' a piece formed by three choreographers that features William Forsythe's widely praised and elegant 'Pas/Parts.' Other choreographers include New York Ballet regular Justin Peck and Finnish contemporary choreographer Jorma Elo.
The company, which began in 1963 have been widely praised for their fusion between classical ballets such as Sir Frederick Ashton's Cinderella, George Balanchine's A Midsummer Night's Dream and Mikko Nissinen's Swan Lake with contemporary styles. The company recently received excellent reviews for their versions of famed ballets 'The Nutcracker' and 'Sleeping Beauty.'
They have performed worldwide to many wowed audiences and make it their mission to break boundaries in ballet by being consistently innovative as well as making the dance style accessible to all parts of the community.
