A world premiere play about the little known life of American literary icon Arthur Miller

Why See Fall?

Plays

Josh Stamberg Stars As Arthur Miller

The works of Arthur Miller have long been held as classics of the modern American theatre repertory. The prolific writer's dramas Death of a Salesman, The Crucible and View From A Bridge, amongst others, captured and explored the dilemmas of the American Dream, garnering a Pulitzer Prize and a Lifetime Achievement Award for his considerable efforts. Yet whilst his plays may be performed regularly, his own personal story is little known.

An all-star creative team including writer Bernard Weinraub, the former New York Times film reporter, and film producers Todd Black and Steve Tisch (the duo behind The Pursuit of Happyness starring Will Smith) will be bringing Miller's life to the stage, exploring the relationship he had with his children, including a son born with Downs Syndrome that he refused to acknowledge. Veteran stage and film actor Josh Stamberg, last seen in the Golden Globe-winning series The Affair, stars in the lead role of the iconic playwright.
