EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

If you are a fan of The Office don’t miss this show. The cast is incredibly talented. The writing is super clever. The music is terrific. Original and right on the mark from beginning to end. The venue is perfect as well.

WHAT AN OPENING! THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID!

Well, what can one say? Admittedly at first I was a little reserved about the idea of the Office the musical, would everyone’s favourite TV series really work on stage? Well was it rubbish? False. It was phenomenal! I don’t often go to the theatre as the last time I visited a man dressed as a cat sat on my lap. But, I’m so glad I did, The cast were amazing, and whilst I can’t personally critique each member (as it would take all day!), I have to give a special mention to the world’s best boss; Sarah M Baron, She completely gave justice to the role of Michael, why should doctor Who have all the fun!? So in short, I would highly recommend the show to any office fans, and if you didn’t enjoy it, you are an ignorant slut! I declare I love the Office musical parody!

WOW WHAT A OPENING!!!!

Let me admit, first I was really skeptical to watch Office musical . Well I was wrong, all cast members are phenomenal and music is great. I had gala time to watch Office musical parody with my wife. I personally enjoy every characters but special Kudos to Sara, Angela and Mindy. One thing I noticed predominantly, the way the other cast members changes their costumes and change their roll, is simply amazing. All cast members are office fans and giving 200% on stage and that’s what is great to watch. It is a must watch show for all office fans as well as original cast members of Office sitcom.

SO MUCH FUN

I went in August 2022 on whim with my daughter who is a huge Office fan. It was so funny and well done. The man playing Jim nailed all his facial mannerisms perfectly. Dwight was great but really the entire cast was great. It was a ton of fun if you were an office fan.

WENT WITH OFFICE FANS, WASN'T A OF THE OFFICE FAN. WE ALL HAD FUN.

This is totally not what I expected and in a good way! I thought it was just another boring musical with a few laughs. This is a comedic tour-de-force that is a parody of bad copyrighted and IP musicals itself while having a great cast. The woman who plays Michael Scott is hilarious. There moments of lewd humor, sweet humor, sarcastic deadpan, cringey worthy humor and it takes you through all the season at just the right pace.

NOT GREAT.

I guess it got the overall message but kind of missed the overall theme of the office’s charming humour. The humour in the office is subtle and it’s almost small enough to miss sometimes but that is what is genius about the office’s comedy. The jokes were not only in your face, they were very graphic and very immature. A lot of swearing and unnecessary bathroom humour. I don’t blame the actors, they were great. The writing however was poorly executed.

DISAPPOINTING

My husband is a huge “The Office” fan, so I bought these tickets as a surprise. I am sad to say, we were both very disappointed. First of all, the main character, Micheal, is played by a woman?? He is the most important and pivotal character, and u can’t even picture the real Micheal Scott when this actor is playing him. Some of the characters were close (Jim, Dwight) but the others are a far cry from the real actors. I’m not a professional critic by any means but I am a theater major, and it just seemed more like a high school production than an off Broadway production. On top of all the bad writing and casting, the Florida Theater really needs a make-over. The entire time I was left with forcing myself to chuckle and clap out of respect for the actors, but it really was awful and would never recommend this to anyone.
