We sent a couple to your theater to experience
Phantom of the Opera. Not only was the show
enjoyable, but it was conveniently located a few
minutes from Avra Estiatorio, the restaurant we
reserved for them. Our company, Exclusive Plans is
always aiming to provide quality experiences and
that is exactly what our client said they
encountered in this theater. Even the ushers were
complimented on their attentiveness as well, so
our company consultants will be happy to send more
clients to this theater and to that show!
Exclusive Plans is extending a thank you on behalf
two very satisfied individuals.

PHANTOM JANUARY 22, 2014 FIRE THOMAS THE USHER!
Theatre was beautiful, front door staff was friendly. Needed Handicap access but none, this was a problem.
Thomas, one of the ushers was RUDE! He spoke to everyone like they were a child and as he put it "getting on his last nerve". He yelled as patrons reached to pick up a Playbill, "Put those back, PUT THOSE BACK!" " This is NOT a buffet you do not help yourself.". He was impatient with everyone. I suggest if he doesn't like working with the public he chose another profession! Our seats were on row two of the Mezzanine and right by the stairs, so we had no choice but to hear him rant on and on! Visiting from TX I will say most other New Yorkers were friendly an d hospitable but Thomas left a sour note in our head!
Sorry Thomas but your need to be fired!

THIS PHANTOM WAS DIFFERENT THAN PAST SHOWS I'VE SEEN.5/8/14
May 8 2014- Just got home from seeing the Phantom of the opera in Cincinnati ,
It was a very good show but very different than the past shows I have seen of Broadway's Phantom.
Not sure if I liked it as well. It was a good production no doubt. Singing was good but I have been to many performances
and they have been phenomenal so I was a bit let down by this show.
It was a great show but I have seen better broadway productions of the phantom of the opera so it was a bit disappointing to
me maybe because I've seen other phantom shows that were better than tonight's .
I did love the piano and fire scene that was different and I liked it I liked the flames on stage too that was cool! I would
recommend seeing it though, it was a good show but I have seen better shows and so was a bit let down. The set was good
but very different than any other show I've seen. The costumes were good but again better in past productions.

THIS PLAY WILL NEVER DIE...AMAZING!
Saw the new production in Boston today. Christine ( Grace Morgan?) was
terrific! Wonderful voice and range. With the mechanics and the scenes
involved, how do they do this time after time?

SECOND ENTRY
Reading this negative reviews. People have to understand that is is a brother
love 's traveling show and the Broadway spectacular cannot be repeated by a
company that moves every two or three weeks. The Majestic Theater has an
under structure that is permanent,, 27 years there. These people are on the
move constantly and offer you their best. Try to appreciate it.
