A World Premiere: Theophilus Chandler, New Work for voice and wind dectect
George Lewis' Thistletown - An ecclectic work which debuted in 2012 and primarly focuses on string instruments, whilst also using different parts of other instruments to create a staccato composition.

Dutilleux's Les Ciations - A piece composed for a quartet, this composition utilises string, wind and percussion to create an etherial and expressive sound.
Joan Tower Quartet No.5 White Water - Tower is considered to be one of modern America's greatest living composers, with her radiant compositions, audience members enjoy a highly textured and intricate work.

Fereric Rzewski Coming Together - This minimalistic piece is often lauded as a modern masterpiece, with a simple yet fast composition scoring a repetitive monologue, creating an overall effect of incredible tension.
Brett Dean Voices of Angels - This quintet provides a rich and emotional landscape to which the forming of magnificent creatures is conjured. Full of vibrant and driving segments what you once though of as celestial beings, take on a new form entirely.

Bartok's Quartet No. 3 - Packed full of strings this piece jumps from languishing and melancholic to lively and dance-like. Bartok drew on Hungarian folk music to create this harmonically adventurous piece.
Szymanowski's Quartet No. 2 - An undulating and dynamic work for Violin and Cello, this quartet occurs over three parts from the delicate, to the powerful ending in a melancholic theme.
