Kicking off the season in style!
Tanglewood's traditional opening night spectacular returns for 2023. Andris Nelson oversees the Boston Symphony Orchestra once more, with an appearance from superstar pianist Daniil Trifonov! The program includes classics from Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev, following jazz icon Wynton Marsalis' 2022 piece: Herald, Holler, and Hallelujah.
