Toots and the Maytals

June 15, 2019

Riding the waves of ska and rock steady, Toots and the Maytals secured a historical place at forefront of the evolution of reggae, much like Marley and his Wailers. Led by enigmatic crooner Toots Hibbert, the Grammy-winning Jamaican outfit defined the genre in their own unique way, fusing it with American R&B and Toots' soulful, lyrical vocals.

Blood Sweat and Tears have been together, in one form or another, since 1967. Melding together rock n' roll, jazz and soul, they first rose to prominence within New York's counter-culture movement and achieved enough status to headline the famous Woodstock Festival of 1969. Their current incarnation is fronted by Bo Bice, who was runner-up Carrie Underwood in American idol Season Four.

The Happy Together tour heads out once again to celebrate its 10th anniversary with the biggest line-up of 60s groups yet! Topping the bill are The Turtles, whose iconic 1967 number one hit 'Happy Together' gives this tour its name. They're joined by other stalwarts of the decade such as The Association ('Along Comes Mary', 'Windy'), The Cowsills ('The Rain, The Park & Other Things') and Chuck Negron (Three Dog Night).
