Celebrating Brian O'Donovan

Join the Boston Pops Orchestra as they celebrate the legacy of broadcaster and lifelong advocate for Irish music and culture, Brian O'Donovan, following his death in 2023. Take a trip through Celtic culture in tribute to O'Donovan's show A Celtic Soujourn on GBH, which spotlighted and platformed the best in Irish music for over two decades! 

Get lost in the melodies of Celtic folk music in an homage to the long and storied cultural history of Ireland, which O'Donovan was so passionate about. With guest performers including O'Donovan's Grammy winning daughter Aoife, Celtic music group Solas and Irish-American multi-instrumentalist Seamus Egan, and more to be announced.
