There's more to Bond than meets the eye

Everybody knows James Bond, the iconic theme tune, the tagline of License to Kill, but how many people really know the real inspiration behind the infamous 007? In this solo play, created and performed by actor and author Christopher Rivas, we follow his journey as he (and quite possibly we) discovers the original man behind the legend, the Dominican man, Porfirio Rubirosa. For Rivas, being Dominican himself and obsessed with James Bond as a child, the revelation that his hero was more akin to him than he first realized rocked his world.
