Something Corporate came together in 1998 in Orange County, California after high school friends Andrew McMahon and Brian Ireland found they had a mutual appreciation of the same kind of music. The band released their first EP, Ready... Break in 2000 and recently played When We Were Young festival with the original lineup for the first time in nearly 20 years.
